As the Stores Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the management of the stores team, ensuring safety and compliance, and optimising inventory activities. You'll work closely with our procurement team to deliver materials to and from the site in a timely and effective manner, minimising any adverse impact on site production, maintenance and capital activities.
Job Responsibility:
Manage a small team to achieve business goals around safety, quality and customer service
coordinate and perform data processing to maintain high inventory accuracy
develop and maintain systems to enhance efficiency in stocktake, logistics, and order management
highlight and report issues impacting stores performance and provide hands-on support
Requirements:
4 years' previous experience in warehousing
SAP background
self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
solid skills in inventory management
high attention to detail and accuracy
strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
advanced proficiency in MS Office
