Train housekeeping staff as well as gain up-to-date knowledge through seminars, etc.
Tour the facility to ensure cleanliness inside and outside
Oversee all operations for housekeeping at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, Smoothie King Center, and Champions Square during and post-event
Able to function as a manager when needed
Provide recommendations to management if disciplinary actions are necessary
Enforce all policies and procedures
All other duties as assigned
