Job Description:

At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly motivated Storeroom Runner to join our Purchasing Department for the Season 2026 (minimum 6 or 7 months contract). This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations across all Food & Beverage outlets and hotel departments, supporting our commitment to exceptional service and quality.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver storeroom and fresh food items promptly and efficiently to all designated areas in the hotel
  • Maintain the storeroom’s cleanliness and organization according to Four Seasons standards, ensuring proper stock rotation
  • Serve as a reliable communication link between the kitchen and storeroom
  • Assist team members in handling and storing goods correctly, completing all assigned tasks accurately and on time
  • Collaborate harmoniously with co-workers, supervisors, and other departments, supporting the hotel during busy periods to ensure seamless operations
  • Uphold safety standards and contribute to the hotel’s sustainability initiatives

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Applicants must have European Passport or the legal right to work in Greece
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry, is an advantage
  • Physically capable of performing heavy labor assignments including lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing for long periods
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • proficiency in Greek is an advantage
