Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Storeroom Clerk in our Purchasing Department. We are looking for an organized and productive individual with a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include verifying incoming goods against orders and invoices to ensure accuracy in type, amount, price, and quality, as well as maintaining safe and organized storage.
Job Responsibility:
Check all incoming goods against delivery orders and invoices, food specifications and purchase records to ensure that the type, amount, price and quality of items charged and ordered are correct and maintain safe, sanitary and organized storage of all items
Issue, store, and rotate all incoming goods for the hotel and maintain a good balance between par levels of inventory items and on hand quantities in accordance to business needs
Ensure Store Requisitions are approved by authorized persons and acknowledged by recipients
Requirements:
Demonstrate the highest level of integrity and transparency, with an ethical approach to all situations
Possess strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors
Apply reasonable problem-solving skills and maintain a safe, organized work environment
Previous experience in purchasing, inventory management, and familiarity with internal controls is preferred
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
Physical requirements: The ability to lift 25/50 pounds regularly
