Job Responsibility

Receive and stage merchandise by department
Mark merchandise appropriately for placement

Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies
Notify manager of low stock levels
Receive deliveries and store perishables properly
Rotate stock and inspect deliveries for freshness and quality
Refuse acceptance of damaged or incorrect items
Adhere to food safety and handling policies
Organize, clean, and sanitize refrigerators, freezers, floors, and equipment

Job Responsibility

Check and manage all incoming goods, ensuring safe, sanitary, and organized storage of all items
Issue, store, and rotate goods in accordance with par levels and business needs, while maintaining accurate inventory records
Collaborate closely with the Receiving team and other Storeroom Clerks to ensure smooth operations
Maintain proper labeling, reduce spoilage, and ensure first-in-first-out (FIFO) stock rotation
Monitor inventory levels and prepare requisitions and purchase orders for the Director of Purchasing’s approval
Uphold safety standards, hotel hygiene regulations, and contribute to sustainability initiatives
Provide professional support to all departments and assist during peak times to guarantee seamless hotel operations

Job Responsibility
