We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Storeroom Clerk to join our iconic hotel, Four Seasons Milano! Reporting into the Director of Purchasing, you are an essential member of the Purchasing team.
Job Responsibility:
Checking all incoming goods against delivery orders and invoices, food specifications and purchase records to ensure items received and ordered are correct
issuing, storing, pricing and rotating all incoming goods and maintain a good balance in accordance to business needs
updating daily receiving in the Purchasing/Inventory system and generating a Daily Receiving report
ensuring all goods received are delivered to the correct storage place/holding area
maintaining the highest level of business integrity in dealing with vendors and delivery persons
issuing orders to suppliers
supporting the storekeeper in the storerooms management
Requirements:
At least one year of receiving experience
the highest level of integrity and transparency
strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams
a keen eye for detail
highly organized with the ability to multitask
must possess the legal right to work in Italy
fluency in English and Italian
