Job Description:

As a Storeperson at our Welshpool branch, you play a vital role in keeping the world moving by ensuring our industrial products reach our customers efficiently. Your contribution supports industries across Australia driving productivity and success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in daily store operations to keep the branch running smoothly
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email, addressing product, pricing, order, stock, delivery, and account queries
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments to deliver excellent service
  • Support inventory management and stock handling as required
  • Assist in local deliveries to customers

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, warehouse, or a similar environment is desirable
  • A valid Driver’s License is essential
  • Forklift license is desirable but not mandatory
  • Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean, organized workplace
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
  • Strong customer service ethics and natural problem-solving abilities
  • Mechanical aptitude with mining, bearing or power transmission knowledge a strong advantage
  • You must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian Permanent Residency Visa to be eligible to apply for this position
