Requirements

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar capacity in the mining industry
Current and valid Manual Driver's License and High Risk Forklift License
Underground driving experience is essential
MR, HR License or relevant onsite driving experience
National Police Clearance is required prior to background checks commencing
Strong verbal communication skills and proficiency in computer applications
High attention to detail and organisation skills
Ability to meet deadlines and problem solve
Non-smoking and clean shaven site

Job Responsibility

Prepare and deliver materials to underground work fronts as per project schedules
Verify incoming goods against procurement lists, ensuring correct quantity and specifications
Inspect materials for damage and compliance with BHP Olympic Dam standards
Organize and store materials efficiently, maintaining accurate inventory records
Track stock levels, conduct audits, and initiate reordering as needed
Work with Project Engineers and Paste Crews to ensure availability of critical spare parts
Utilize HSEC tools, including hazard identification and field leadership initiatives
Ensure timely distribution to prevent installation delays
Follow proper handling and transport procedures as per site requirements
Adhere to company and client policies, site safety standards, and handling protocols
