Storeperson

• Daily stores activities including ordering, storing, receiving, organizing and issuing of food & beverage products
• Purchasing standards and process are strictly implemented in the electronically procurement system
• Ensure all products are accounted for
• Products are checked for quality, stored safely and securely
• Establish a professional business relationship with all internal & external clients
• Ensure a smooth and efficient functioning of the day to day operations in the absence of Receiver
• Ensure all hotel and departmental policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
• Maintain the Fairmont Vancouver Airport’s recycling program
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be security minded
• Flexible to work any shift, any day of the week
• Dedicated to supporting a SAFE work environment
• Must be well organized and work well independently and as part of a team
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Has a good working knowledge of Microsoft PC applications especially Excel, Word, and Outlook applications
• Ability to meet deadlines in a demanding, exacting environment
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision
• Prior experience in inventory procedures: purchase, credit, delivery, stock rotation an asset
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
