Storeperson

• Assist in daily store operations to keep the branch running smoothly
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email, addressing product, pricing, order, stock, delivery, and account queries
• Process orders – confirming order slips, pick and pack
• Attend to receiving and dispatching of stock
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to deliver excellent service
• Support inventory management and stock handling as required
• Operate forklifts – loading and unloading when required

• Proven warehouse experience within a similar role, experience using a forklift would be desirable but not essential
• Good verbal and written skills
• Computer literate at an intermediate level
• Ability to multitask and priorities your workloads
• Ability to participate in ongoing training and be open to new ideas
• Proven safety and quality focus & perform assigned duties in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with Company's Health & Safety policies & procedures
• Willingness to work as part of a team, and do whatever is required, to help achieve business targets
