Job Description

A great opportunity has become available for a Storeperson to join our Compounding Team in a Full-Time, Permanent opportunity based on site at our Old Toongabbie site. You will be responsible for (ST/OT orders) and receipt (OP and ST/OT orders) of materials into the pharmacy to meet internal and external customer requirements. You will be working alongside an experienced team with an opportunity to develop your leadership skills. Shift Timings: 16:00 pm to Midnight.

Job Responsibility

  • Complies with mandatory GMP/GDP/EHS
  • Complies with Pharmacy Operations EHS Requirements
  • Maintaining inventory/stock
  • Purchasing Baxter lines from Distribution Centres and receiving all inventory into JDE (and Merlin where applicable)
  • Assisting pharmacy with daily production needs
  • Transferring stock to other pharmacy sites if needed
  • Ensuring stock counts are completed accurately and on schedule
  • Implementation of lean in store area
  • Organising credit/debit for under/over supply or damaged stock
  • Liaising with suppliers and Central Purchasers when necessary
  • Other pharmacy duties as required
  • Re-filling shelves ensuring stock rotation
  • End of the month stocktake
  • Other duties may include picking of materials and ancillaries to assist production
  • Supervising and prioritising work for picking assistants as required by daily production needs
