Job Description:

Storekeeper role at Condor Technik GmbH, responsible for maintenance, repair and overhaul of the airline's fleet. Part of a crew in a fascinating industry with opportunities for further development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform aircraft material receiving, inspection, and system booking in accordance with EASA Part-145 and internal quality procedures, ensuring correct documentation
  • Storage, retrieval, picking, and dispatch of aircraft materials and tools in accordance with legal requirements (e.g. Dangerous Goods Regulations DGR/ADR, customs)
  • Maintain accurate stock records and traceability in the ERP system
  • Issuance, return, and storage of consumables and tools
  • Support in inventory control and stocktaking
  • Contribute to process optimization, standardization, and documentation within warehouse operations
  • Execution of administrative tasks within material replenishment
  • Support in organizing transports
  • Proper disposal of aircraft components and hazardous materials
  • Performance of special tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training as Warehouse Logistics Specialist, Warehouse Clerk, Freight Forwarding Agent, or equivalent qualification
  • Ideally, professional experience in material management within an aviation company, MRO organization, or technical department
  • Knowledge of aviation-specific regulations (EASA Part-145) and experience with dangerous goods (DGR) are an advantage
  • Confident handling of common ERP systems (AMOS preferred) and MS Office desirable
  • Valid driver’s license (Class B) and forklift license (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Good command of German and English
  • High level of reliability and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts and to travel on business

Nice to have:
