Job Description:

Store Visual Merchandising Manager position at IKEA in Villesse, Gorizia, Italy, responsible for creating inspiring home furnishing solutions and leading visual merchandising strategies to drive business growth.

Job Responsibility:

Position IKEA as the first choice for home furnishing in your local market
Create inspiring and functional home furnishing solutions that improve people's life at home
Use the store layout as a commercial tool to plan and implement strategies that ensure a clear overview and strong visual impact
Recruit, develop and lead your team, fostering growth and collaboration
Contribute to the department action plan and implement range presentation and vitality initiatives that support business growth and long-term profitability
Identify and act on commercial opportunities, helping your team understand how visual merchandising actions influence business results
Ensure that range presentation solutions are implemented with high quality, simplicity and efficiency, applying global guidelines and best practices

Requirements:

Education in Visual Merchandising, Interior or Industrial Design
Experience working as a Visual Merchandiser
Ability to inspire, motivate and engage people to achieve goals and drive business growth
Proactive approach to continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and new ideas
Passion for home furnishing and strong understanding of how people live at home
Knowledge of the IKEA Concept and mechanical sales system
Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
Good command of both English and Italian
