Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Contributing to positioning the IKEA store as the first choice for home furnishing
Providing home furnishing solutions
Securing the use of the store layout as a commercial tool
Recruiting, developing and leading your team

Requirements:

Education in visual merchandising or industrial design
Experience as a visual merchandiser
Ability to inspire, motivate and engage people
Continually seeking new opportunities to make improvements
Confidently speaking and writing in Hungarian and English
