Job Description:

This role involves developing and leading a team of visual merchandisers to ensure a commercial and inspiring store environment, balancing both strategic and operational tasks. Responsibilities include planning and executing visual presentations, managing budgets and timelines, and collaborating closely with other store functions.

Job Responsibility:

Contribute to store solutions to secure an excellent buying experience for customers
Plan and execute strong visual presentations fitting the store layout
Drive the commercial calendar, shop design, and planning
Secure drawings, planning processes, timelines, and budgets
Develop and lead the visual merchandising team
Collaborate closely with other functions such as sales, logistics, and customer experience.

Requirements:

Creative mind, high energy and drive
Passionate about home furnishing and customers' lives at home
Talented within visual merchandising with work experience as a leader in retail or as a visual merchandiser
Open-minded, prestigeless, and responsive
Creative and structured
Fluent in Swedish and English
Experienced leader with personnel responsibility
Skilled in coaching, teaching and developing others.
