Job Responsibility

  • bring a friendly attitude to the store environment
  • help customers find the gear that fuels their next adventure
  • share passion for sports and the outdoors with customers
  • keep the store looking sharp and ready for customers
  • assist with merchandising and inventory control
  • support asset protection by following safety protocols
  • perform custodial and receiving tasks to maintain store operations

Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • strong customer service orientation
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and stocking
  • willingness to learn and adapt to different store roles
  • previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced and active environment
  • passion for sports and outdoor activities
  • teamwork and collaboration skills
  • basic merchandising and inventory knowledge beneficial
