We are currently working with a renowned luxury jewellery brand to appoint a Store Supervisor who will be responsible to lead, and coach their retail team toward achieving sales targets and premium service standards
Job Responsibility
Supervise and motivate the retail team daily to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
Assist with daily branch operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and opening/closing procedures.
Execute floor-level promotional activities and visual merchandising to boost branch performance.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to the Store Manager.
Maintain showroom standards daily to reflect and uphold the brand’s premium image.
Ensure team compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and floor discipline.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods.
Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus.
Jewelry certification (e.g. GIA, gemology) is a bonus but not mandatory.
