Key Responsibilities: Sales: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Promote products and services to customers. Handle customer complaints and returns efficiently and professionally. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's product range. Demonstrate and showcase products to customers. Stay informed about new product launches and sales trends. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed. Ensure the store is well-organized and products are displayed effectively. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers. Encourage repeat business and foster customer loyalty. Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions. Identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to increase sales. Additional Responsibilities: Participate in store promotions and special events. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals. Handle cash and point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately.
