Play a crucial part in the planning and execution of Events, eCom network changes & disaster management. Collaborate closely with stakeholders. Norwest based position, Hybrid - 3 days in office.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute accurate store replenishment plans, adhering to network timelines, to support eComX business, commercial, and marketing strategies for maximum sales and exceptional availability
Provide expert replenishment support to eComX teams, utilizing systems for timely planning and effective management of seasonal trends and events
Drive continuous process improvement to enhance order quality, shelf edge availability, and first-pass pick rates within the eComX context
Serve as the trusted partner and "gateway" between eComX and core replenishment teams, supporting day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
Develop and direct tactical actions during disasters or critical situations, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to minimise business and customer disruption
Requirements:
Exceptional communication skills: Able to write, speak, and present clearly, with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Previous experience in Store Replenishment is desirable
Experience in eCommerce FMCG retail
Demonstrated ability to perform data transformation and manipulate large, complex datasets
Strong relationship building skills, capable of establishing trust and rapport with stakeholders across all organisational levels
Proven experience calmly evaluating business risks and impacts during critical situations to deliver positive outcomes
