Job Description:

Our Store Planners sit within our Property function and are pivotal to planning all retail change ensuring our stores are fit for our customers. You will be accountable for the end-to-end planning of changes to our stores. This will include new stores, store enhancement projects and roll outs of change to our store environments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Produce sales floor plans that reflect the brief
  • Follow model design guides
  • Follow flows and adjacencies models
  • Check store specific space data
  • Identify potential solutions
  • Work closely with scheme sponsor to develop scope
  • Present store plan proposals
  • Produce accurate data records
  • Ensure all implemented plans are updated on master plans
  • Work across several format types and project workstreams

Requirements:

  • Proactively manages own workload
  • Has a keen eye for detail
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills
  • Adapts well to significant change and challenges
  • Experience in Space Planning is preferable – ideally in a Retail setting
  • Holds experience in AutoCAD - preferable
  • Is computer literate – with good experience of MS Excel
