Job Description:

Working as a Store person in our Wiri DC, you will be an integral part of our supply chain division. In this important role, you will help ensure that trucks are loaded safely and on time, supporting the smooth delivery of products. Your hard work will ensure our stores and customers have the stock they need in a timely manner daily.

Job Responsibility:

  • Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely according to schedule
  • Assist with pallet dispatch and manual handling tasks
  • Operate multiple types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), with approximately a 50/50 split between operating machines at height (Reach trucks, Turret trucks, or man-up machines) and performing tasks off the hoist
  • Follow all safety procedures to maintain a secure working environment
  • Use new technology and automation systems as part of daily operations
  • Work collaboratively within a team that values respect and support

Requirements:

  • Current Counterbalance forklift license
  • LLOP (Low Level Order Picker) license is preferred
  • Experience operating multiple types of MHE, with the flexibility to work both on and off the hoist
  • Strong safety focus and commitment to working safely
  • Physically fit, able to lift 10kgs and above as required
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in loading and dispatch
  • Ability to commit to a fixed shift roster
  • Previous warehouse or loading experience is an advantage
