Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations for a top beauty/fragrance company in Columbus, OH!

Job Responsibility

  • Individual contributor position responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of operational projects
  • Assists with communicating them with all levels of field management
  • Serves as operations expert on cross-functional teams
  • Assists less experienced coordinators
  • Support day to day execution of all visual documents and field communication including writing field communication, posting communication/visual updates to our communication platform, Zipline and creating visual tasks in Zipline for stores to execute
  • Support pricing and promotion set up and execution of daily promotional cadence in XCC (pricing platform)
  • Support field visual questions from the Regional Inboxes that support the field
  • Reports to Sr Project Manager Store Ops and does not have any direct reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years store operations experience
  • Experience using Zipline is a plus
  • Clear written and verbal communication, agility and pace with the work as things are ever changing in our work to support stores
