Job Responsibility

Process export shipments from preparation through dispatch
Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including Master Air Waybills
Coordinate shipment bookings with airlines and transportation providers
File required export documentation, including Shipper's Export Declarations (SED), when applicable
Review shipment paperwork for completeness and accuracy
Monitor shipment status and ensure all required approvals are received before export
Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and operations teams to maintain efficient pickup and delivery schedules
Monitor inventory levels of specialized packaging materials and temperature-control supplies
Ensure gel packs and temperature-sensitive packaging materials are properly conditioned and stored
Maintain cold chain integrity for temperature-sensitive shipments, including FDA hold shipments
