• Arrange to Inspect of all receipts with help of QC Dept
• Identification of all materials stored, and arranged by location wise
• Shift supervision
• Loading and unloading
• Material cutting of tool Steel and I-spacers based on Tool Room requirement
• Receipts and Issues are posting in SAP
• Indenting the required job work materials which we are sending
• Time to time Child Parts issues posting in SAP
• Making Tool Steel MIGOs
• Supervising the workman and work allotment
• Co-coordinating with Purchase Dept regarding Pos and excess/shortage of material
• Time to time sending the MIGO pending details
• Minimizing the pending MIGOs
• Material receipt
• Loading and unloading supervision
• Following the instruction of supervisor discharging duties
• Shift supervision and material sending for job works, documents preparation and sending vehicles
• STO invoice & Stock receipts in SAP
• Preparing the DC, DCN, DV, waybill. ext.
• Preparing of daily receipts report
• Updating the Goods Inward Register manually
• GIR register details updating in day wise in system and forwarding the same to all concerned departments every day
• Filling the documents in respective files and handing over to concern
• If any discrepancy in document/ material will be informed to the material department through mail
• Preparing the GRNs
• Time to time Original bills sending to accounts department
