Job Responsibility:

Maximising sales
Ensuring seamless operations
Fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team

Requirements:

Proven retail management experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high-performing team
Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail
Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting
Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs, and a safe work environment
