As a Store Manager, you will take ownership of your store’s performance, maximising income through physical and digital channels while leading an inclusive and diverse team. Job Responsibility:
Effectively recruit, maintain, and manage both paid employees and volunteers
ensure a standard of excellence in customer service
maximise profits to increase overall contribution of the store
use visual merchandising talents to ensure the store is presented well and promoting commercial success
generate quality donated goods to achieve processing targets
Requirements:
Good customer service, retail administration, and management skills
ability to work well under pressure to meet targets
ability to help and support the efficient running of the store
