Job Responsibility:
Leading, motivating, and developing your team to consistently exceed sales targets and KPI goals
Managing operational excellence across stock, tills, store presentation, and staffing in a fast-paced setting
Creating a welcoming, organised, and professional environment even during peak trading hours
Using sales and performance data to drive decisions and create action plans
Recruiting, training and empowering your team to deliver excellent customer service under pressure
Responding to challenges quickly and confidently, using your initiative and experience

Requirements:
Experience as a Store Manager in a high-footfall retail environment (e.g. city centre, outlets, fast fashion, or luxury volume retailers)
Strong leadership skills with a calm, clear, and hands-on management style
Excellent commercial awareness and confidence managing KPIs and performance data
