Job Responsibility:

Lead a part‑time team of five optical assistants, supported by three resident optometrists
Requirements:
Strong people management and performance management experience
Understanding of the full customer journey and how to elevate it
Ability to drive KPIs and lead commercial improvement
Experience delivering a store improvement plan
Confident problem‑solving and decision‑making
A consistent, delivery‑focused mindset
Emotional intelligence and the ability to build trusted relationships
