Retail Store Manager position at Jollyes Pets in Ponders End, Enfield. Managing daily store operations, team management, and delivering excellent customer service to pet parents. Full-time position working 40 hours per week over 5 days.
Job Responsibility:
Managing daily operations of the store including team management, store standards, stock management
Delivering excellent customer service
Leading by example creating excellent culture and working environment
Managing KPIs around people, store standards, customer service and financial performance
Ensuring highest standards of pet care and welfare
Responsible for recruiting, motivating, training and developing team
Ensuring clear communication of key business updates and objectives
Requirements:
A passion for pets and people
Previous retail store management experience with a hands-on approach
Sound decision maker able to communicate objectives effectively
Proven track record in developing business performance and exceeding KPIs
Commercially aware, able to manage P&L with proactive approach
Own transport with UK driving licence
