We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to support the team, drive sales performance, and enhance the overall customer experience in one of our London stores. We are seeking a highly motivated retail professional to sell our womenswear and menswear collection at one of our UK shops.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience while consistently achieving business objectives and upholding Margaret Howell standards
Drive KPIs, including conversion, AVTs, UPTS and customer engagement, through effective coaching and development
Oversee stock levels and support accurate inventory management
Prepare and analyse reports to provide meaningful insights at monthly meetings
Manage daily store operations, ensuring effective staffing, strong performance management, compliance with company policies, and adherence to Health & Safety regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience in a management role, ideally within luxury fashion retail
Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven approach to performance
Proven experience meeting KPIs
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with professionalism
Consistent approach to setting expectations and maintaining accountability across the team
Inspirational leadership style with a focus on developing people
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Genuine passion for luxury fashion and delivering outstanding customer service
Understanding of the Margaret Howell ethos and its distinctive approach to customer service
