Job Description

JD Sports is coming to Eastlands, Tasmania! Drive results, grow your team, and deliver standout customer experiences in a fast-paced, high-performance retail environment. This is a senior leadership role where you'll coach and develop your team, manage store operations, drive commerciality through smart product placement, and maximise profitability through driving sales and KPIs with your team.   • Experience coaching teams to deliver exceptional service and build customer loyalty
  • Proven ability to drive consistent service standards across multiple departments while maintaining a seamless customer experience
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing budgets
  • Experience using data and reports to drive profitability and identify opportunities
  • Strong retail operations experience with efficient process management
  • Experience leading back-of-house teams with high-volume deliveries
  • Understanding of driving profit through using reports and smart product placement
  • Experience managing department managers or large full-time teams, plus planning who can step up into future roles
  • Proven ability to build a positive team culture through coaching and recognising good work
  • Track record of hiring and developing strong retail staff
  • Experience managing underperformance and maintaining team standards
