Job Description:

Store Manager position at Circle K responsible for leading store operations, managing employees, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining site standards, and maximizing sales and profitability.

Job Responsibility:

Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees
Develop, manage and assign tasks appropriately
Maintain a professional and supportive image
Schedule employees within Company guidelines
Implement non-discriminatory related management skills
Develop positive relationships with suppliers
Promote excellent service and resolve customer complaints
Prepare performance appraisals
Train employees on customer service and safety procedures
Establish communication meetings
Evaluate and develop action plans
Organize and maintain site files
Manage store employees for reporting and merchandising
Analyze daily sales and expense information
Budget and forecast P&L lines
Safeguard and account for money

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED preferred
Experience in retail sales preferred
Experience to perform the essential duties, responsibilities and working in the conditions described below
Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials
Ability to supervise and manage functions
Ability to use computer, or acquire those skills necessary to use a computer
A valid driver's license and adequate transportation
Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English
