The Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora ambassador, fully immersing in the brand, culture, and product while taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role involves spending quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers, and working alongside the team to drive sales, while coaching and managing a team of Assistant Store Manager and Retail Assistants.

Requirements:
results-orientated leader with at least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment
strong communication skills both written and verbal
business acumen and analytical thinking
skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams
knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems
