Job Description:

Internal Manager in Training position at Circle K with responsibilities for store management, employee supervision, customer service, and financial management

Job Responsibility:

Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees
Develop, manage and assign tasks appropriately
Maintain professional and supportive image
Schedule employees within Company guidelines
Implement non-discriminatory management skills
Develop positive relationships with suppliers
Promote excellent service and resolve customer complaints
Promote positive public image
Prepare performance appraisals
Train employees on customer service and safety
Establish communication meetings
Evaluate and develop action plans
Organize and maintain site files
Manage store employees for reporting and merchandising

Budget and forecast P&L lines

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED preferred
Experience in retail sales preferred
Experience to perform the essential duties, responsibilities and working conditions
Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials
Ability to supervise and manage functions in CSR and ASM job descriptions
Ability to use computer or acquire necessary computer skills
Valid driver's license and adequate transportation
Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English

Nice to have:
