Job Description:

Store Manager for BWS in Leura. Responsible for inspiring the store team through creation of an engaging culture with imaginative and empowering leadership. Focus on driving sales, achieving budgets, and fostering a great customer and team experience.

Job Responsibility:

Empower, inspire and develop team to achieve goals
Promote a customer-centric, safety-first culture
Complete and delegate daily tasks across inventory management, housekeeping and team leadership
Drive sales and achieve budgets
Foster the best-ever customer and team experience
Identify and deliver on growth opportunities, business objectives and key performance indicators
Uphold service of alcohol guidelines
Inspire customers and local community by tailoring store's presentation and activities

Requirements:

Experience in a fast-paced retail/hospitality environment
Collaborative approach to problem-solving
Leadership skills
Advocacy for diversity and inclusion
Driver of people development

Nice to have:

Proficiency in a second language, particularly Mandarin Chinese
