Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in a supervisory or management role, including team leadership and performance management
  • Confidence in managing store operations, including stock control, cash handling, and maintaining store standards
  • Experience driving store performance by leading a team to achieve key KPIs, such as sales targets, waste reduction, and customer service scores, while using sales data to improve results and managing budgets to maximise profitability
  • Right to work in the UK and Ireland
