Coach and guide store teams to ensure excellent customer experience

Have a strategic approach to sales, shrink, and service, ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently
Requirements:
At least one year of experience in a supervisory or management role, including team leadership and performance management
Confidence in managing store operations, including stock control, cash handling, and maintaining store standards
Experience driving store performance by leading a team to achieve key KPIs, such as sales targets, waste reduction, and customer service scores, while using sales data to improve results and managing budgets to maximise profitability
