As a Store Manager at Vision Express, you'll lead all aspects of store operations, driving commercial performance, team engagement and an outstanding customer experience. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring high standards across sales, service and compliance, while creating a positive environment where your team can thrive. Working in a fast-paced retail leadership role, you'll use data and insight to meet sales targets, manage store performance, and continuously improve results. Alongside this, you'll lead on recruitment and talent development, supported by your Regional Manager and Store Support Centre, building a strong and capable team. Requirements
Proven experience in a Store Manager or Retail Manager role
Strong track record of delivering sales growth and store performance
Experience creating and delivering store improvement plans
Ability to manage store operations, staffing and resource planning effectively
Confident solving complex challenges for both customers and colleagues
Resilient and delivery-focused in a fast-moving retail environment
Passion for customer service excellence and team development
Experience in recruitment, coaching and performance management
High levels of emotional intelligence and leadership impact
A collaborative approach with a focus on building high-performing teams
