Job Responsibility:
Manage daily store operations
Drive sales & profit
Ensure superior service standards
Lead, develop & coordinate a retail & trade specialist team
Ensure financial management and operational standards are met, maintained, and exceeded
Motivate and support team to reach their full potential
Provide a genuine service, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter for customers

Requirements:
Supervisory/leadership/management experience
Demonstrated ability to motivate a team and drive results
Conscious of workplace safety always
Experience building strong relationships with all customers
A solution-focussed problem-solver
Sound computer skills
Hold a valid driver’s license
Nice to have:
Previous dual format experience, including multi-network operations, sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience
