Job Responsibility:
Inspire, guide and develop your team to reach and exceed sales goals
Deliver outstanding service by leveraging strong product knowledge and customer engagement skills
Oversee daily operations, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and standards remain high
Partner with regional leadership to roll out sales initiatives and continuously improve performance
Uphold showroom presentation and compliance with merchandising, safety and operational policies
Requirements:
Proven background in sales, ideally within furniture or other considered purchases such as luxury retail, automotive, jewellery, bedding, or travel
A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills and a positive, can-do mindset
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, problem-solve and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
