Job Responsibility
Identify market opportunities and maximise profitability through a cost-conscious approach
Lead the Plan & Order Point business plan, setting clear KPIs and ensuring targets are met
Recruit, train, and inspire a commercially focused team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Communicate the unique benefits of the IKEA concept to attract visitors and convert them into loyal customers
Work with the team to ensure a first-time right approach to every customer interaction
Grow IKEA’s presence in the market and work with stakeholders to secure market share
Uphold compliance, sustainability, and our commitment to a better everyday life at home
Requirements
You have at least 3–5 years of retail management experience, a strong background in IKEA Commercial operations and a proven track record of delivering results
You set clear action plans, providing direction, and follow up on goals to ensure business success
You can influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
You are an ambassador for the IKEA culture and lead with our key values at the heart of everything you do
You demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset
You are fluent in Thai and can communicate effectively in English
