Retail Store Manager for Jollyes Pets in Whitehaven. Managing daily operations including team management, store standards, stock management and delivering excellent customer service to pet parents.
Job Responsibility:
Lead by example creating an excellent culture and working environment
Full responsibility for all aspects of running a successful store
Managing KPIs around people, store standards, customer service standards and financial performance
Ensure highest standards of pet care and welfare of pets
Deliver exceptional customer service
Responsible for recruiting, motivating, training and developing team
Ensuring clear communication of key business updates and objectives
Requirements:
Previous retail store management experience with a hands-on approach
A passion for pets and people
Sound decision maker able to communicate objectives effectively
Proven track record in developing business performance and exceeding KPIs
Commercially aware, able to manage P&L with a proactive approach
