Job Description:

Store Manager position at Circle K responsible for leading store operations, managing employees, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing sales and profits.

Job Responsibility:

Recruit, hire and train employees
Develop, manage and assign tasks
Maintain professional site image
Schedule employees
Implement management skills
Develop relationships with suppliers
Resolve customer complaints
Prepare performance appraisals
Train employees on safety procedures
Establish communication meetings
Evaluate and develop action plans
Organize site files and manuals
Manage store employees
Analyze daily sales and expense information
Budget and forecast P&L lines
Safeguard money received and disbursed

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED preferred
Experience in retail sales preferred
Experience to perform the essential duties, responsibilities and working conditions
Ability to supervise and train for equipment use
Ability to supervise and manage CSR and ASM functions
Ability to use computer for reports, inventory control, cash control
Valid driver's license and adequate transportation
Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English

Nice to have:

Experience in retail sales
Leadership and management skills
Financial analysis skills
