Job Responsibility

  • Lead the sales floor by showcasing and promoting our iconic brand

  • Contribute to the overall success of your store’s business and uphold CALVIN KLEIN’s brand standards and visuals
  • Lead the effort to exceed expectations, provide exceptional service and display passion for our brand
  • Conduct strategic business analysis, lead a team with a focus on delivering top-line sales results and managing controllable expenses
  • Own the recruitment, talent development, and performance management of their store team in partnership with the Assistant/Associate Managers
  • Energize every customer interaction with a genuine welcome
  • Spark conversation that inspires sales and builds brand connection
  • Lead store operational functions, including opening and closing, driving sales results, coaching in-the-moment
  • Implement and support long-term initiatives to improve team development and store performance

  • Work the sales floor by processing, restocking, remerchandising and more in alignment to our brand’s vision

Requirements

  • Friendliness, organization and time management skills
  • Proven ability to lead by example, think strategically, resolve complex issues in real-time, and manage daily operations while supporting broader store goals
  • Energy and excitement around shared goals and values
  • Prior experience in a Store Manager or senior leadership role with demonstrated responsibilities and team development skills
  • High school diploma/ equivalent required
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds

Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred
