Job Description:

As an inspirational leader with strong commercial acumen, you will deliver the most memorable and engaging in-store experience, bringing Experiential Retail to life. Championing our core values, you will play an integral part of the continued growth and expansion of the brand, whilst leading and developing your team, with growth always at the forefront.

Job Responsibility:

Inspire and empower your team to Host from the Heart
Inspire, support and coach your team to flourish and grow
Deliver clear and confident communication and feedback on the shop floor
Ensure strong numbers are achieved through inventory management, VM, store layouts and experiential retail
Ensure efficient and effective operational processes
Commit to continuously optimising social and environmental impact
Build brand loyalty by promoting CRM scheme, hosting events, and engaging with local community

Requirements:

Experience as a Store Manager
Strong commercial acumen
Strong presence and high on influencing
Ability to develop and mentor a high-performing team
Naturally curious and always looking for a better way to do things
