Job Responsibility:
Actively build your diverse and inclusive team by recruiting, planning, coaching and motivating the team members while acting as a role model to drive an excellent customer experience
Take ownership and be proactive in your own and your team learning by completing all applicable trainings and effectively applying them on the shop floor
Create and lead a high performance culture by setting clear expectations, analyzing data and trends to probe and challenge the status quo while addressing identified improvement areas in order to maximize the profitability of your store
Overseing and manage all store operational tasks such as Visual Merchandising, Replenishment and Inventory processes
Ensure all HR, legal and company policies and procedures are adhered to, in order to maintain a safe and productive shopping experience for our customers and working environment for the team
Requirements:
18+ months work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment with 12+ months of Store Management responsibility
Good understanding of Visual Merchandising, Inventory management
Strong training skills and team line up
Degree in management
Advanced analiticity to maximize store´s profitability
Effective communication skills
Goal and process orientated
Efficiency decision-making skills
Understanding store´s needs and acting accordingly
Time management
Team leadership
