Job Description:

As a Store Manager, you are the captain of our bakery – day or night! You understand what it takes to Own the Night (and beyond) by delivering the finest cookies to our fantastic fans. You will be hospitality focused looking to lead a fun, entrepreneurial and rapidly growing company in a role that offers great training and mentorship, professional growth, quick advancement opportunities and achievable sales success! You will be able to predict the flow of business throughout your business, with a ‘Run It Like You Own It’ mindset. Your ‘hands on’ leadership style will drive your team to engage with customers, bake the perfect product and ensure that each customer interaction should reflect our culture and vision. You will also take pride in knowing that your ability as a leading Insomniac delivers a fun and productive night for your store every night.

Job Responsibility:

  • Recruit, train, coach, develop and retain a diverse team that reflects our community and our values. This will include Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew and Delivery Drivers
  • Provide incredible customer service and quality products to all our fans throughout their experience within our bakeries or at home
  • Establish a strong culture of excellence that prioritises pride in team, customer, and product
  • Run it like you own it! Be accountable and responsible for all aspects of your business through communication of all relevant information to your team, monitoring production efficiency, coaching the team to ensure company standards and procedures, and assisting in the training and development of the Cookie Crew
  • Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls and profitability
  • Lead by example when it comes to company policies and procedures
  • Create and drive in store recognition awards and contests through our culture and values
  • Support and work alongside your team whilst encouraging them to be the best version of themselves
  • Provide a safe, clean, working environment for our fans and team whilst adhering to safe food handling practices
  • Coaching from the heart and tough love conversations to get the best from your team

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of work experience at a similar level within a leadership and customer service focused role
  • Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills
  • Engaging and supportive
  • Hospitality and people driven
  • Detail focused
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays and prioritise the needs of the business
  • Ability to lead-by-example and motivate others
  • Legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom
  • Must be 18 years or older
