Fully aware of the store’s financial performance, you’ll show initiative in managing operations accordingly so as to ensure its success.
Job Responsibility:
Leading and inspiring your team to deliver legendary customer service and uphold our brand values
Driving store performance by executing operational plans, managing inventory, scheduling labor, and analyzing business trends
Coaching and developing your team through regular feedback, performance reviews, and growth opportunities
Creating a welcoming, inclusive, and high-performing environment where every team member feels valued and empowered
Maintaining high standards in product quality, cleanliness, and compliance with all safety, labor, and operational policies
Requirements:

Displaying a customer-comes-first attitude by training partners and holding them accountable for delivering legendary customer service
Demonstrating a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events and managing smooth transitions thereafter to keep the store operating to standard and set a positive example for the store team
