Job Responsibility:

Support sales for store by being commercially savvy and constantly seek ways to boost revenue and store performance
Manage a small team motivating them to exceed targets and deliver exceptional service
Managing stock, deliveries, click and collect and ensure they are expertly displayed for customers increasing sales
Keep customers at the heart of all operations for a seamless shopping experience
Manage customer feedback professionally to uphold high service standards
Build a high-performing team through continuous coaching and training
Collaborate with Visual Merchandising team to create an engaging store atmosphere

Requirements:

Be an excellent communicator, creating relationship with customers and your team
Retail Management experience
Ability to analyse sales trends and identify opportunities
Understanding of stock and ability optimise stock levels to reduce shrinkage
Visual Merchandising experience to create an inviting store environment that attracts customers
Experienced with IT packages
