Job Description:

Store Manager position at Circle K responsible for leading store operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and driving financial performance.

Job Responsibility:

Directly supervises activities of 2 or more full-time employees
Recruits, hires and trains employees
Develops, manages and assigns tasks to ensure store cleanliness and organization
Schedules employees within Company guidelines
Implements non-discriminatory management skills
Develops relationships with suppliers
Promotes excellent service and resolves customer complaints
Provides regular and predictable onsite attendance
Prepares performance appraisals
Trains employees on safety procedures and cash awareness
Ensures employees complete required training
Establishes communication meetings
Evaluates and develops action plans for store objectives
Manages store files and manuals
Analyzes daily sales and expense information
Budgets and forecasts P&L lines
Safeguards and accounts for all money
Notifies District Manager of discrepancies

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
1 to 2 years of retail work experience or equivalent combination of education, training and work experience
Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials
Ability to use computer or acquire computer skills
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Ability to have open availability
Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English
Ability to perform essential duties and physical functions
Food Server certificate (e.g. ServSafe) and Food Safety Management certification may be required
