Store Manager

• Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees
• Develop, manage and assign tasks appropriately to ensure site cleanliness and organization
• Maintain professional and supportive image among subordinates
• Schedule employees within Company guidelines
• Implement non-discriminatory management skills
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers

• Evaluate and develop action plans for site objectives
• Manage store employees for accurate reporting
• Manage merchandise stocking and display
• Analyze daily sales and expense information
• Budget and forecast P&L lines
• Safeguard and account for all money

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in retail sales preferred
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials
• Ability to supervise and manage functions in CSR and ASM job descriptions
• Ability to use computer or acquire computer skills
• Valid driver's license and adequate transportation
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English
